60% Ottonese and 40% Malvasia Puntinata, macerated on skins for 48 hours, then aged on the lees for six to eight months in fiberglass vats. The short skin maceration period keeps it light, in terms of spirit and tannins, while still promising some oomph. Golden yellow, the resulting wine is refreshing, marine, and mineral. Medium-bodied with a complex and aromatic bouquet, and a refreshing, zesty, tart, and tangy palate.
