The result is a slightly less structured and gentler wine, though still deeply expressive of both the warm generosity of Castelnuovo Berardenga, and of Giovanna’s style. Fresh and vibrant on the nose with ripe berries, wild cherry, orange peel, fresh roses, wild thyme and earth, with a refreshing line of acidity that pulls it all together.
