Istituto Biondivino: Summer Sparklers (6/20)

6:00pm - 7:30pm

Get stocked up for Fourth of July and any other occasion with a wide-ranging tasting of sparklers from Italy and beyond (yes, that includes Champagne!). Ceri and David will detail the intricacies of sparkling wine production and the resulting range of styles, from frizzante (lightly fizzy) on up. We’ve got some picnic-perfect stuff in this lineup, along with some more prestigious offerings, so don’t miss this extremely bubbly discussion.
