Derived entirely from the local specialty in Nerello Mascalese, the fruit sees a feather-light pressing before being transferred to concrete tanks for fermentation and aging. Equal parts vibrant, delicate and punchy; über-pretty cherry, raspberry, rose petal, cassis and sweet herbs bursting on the nose and palate, with a distinct core of savory, flinty minerality that harks to the wine’s volcanic home.
