Elio Perrone Bigaro 2014


Elio Perrone is located in the district of Cuneo, Piedmont, Italy. 

Grapes are harvested from vineyards in Agliano d'Asti and Nizza Monferrato. This takes place between the second week of September, by manual selection. Grapes are gently pressed to preserve color and aroma.

After destemming and pressing, the fermentation is carried out at low temperature in large tanks, known as autoclaves. 

This is a slightly sweet blend of Brachetto/Moscato, cherried in color. Ripe raspberry/strawberry fruit give way to a clean cut citrus finish.
