Boniperti Rosato 'Rosadisera' 2014


This 100% Nebbiolo rosé from Northern Piemonte shows aromas of wild strawberry, watermelon and pomegranate, and fresh acidity. Refreshing and deeply flavorful. This is made using the 'saignèe' method with one day of skin contact, fermented in stainless steel and bottled in the late spring. Delicious!
