Ancarani Pignoletto 2014

Ancarani is a producer on the hills surrounding Faenza in Emilia-Romagna. Soft yellow with greenish glints, this Pignoletto is gentle and elegant, with soft minerality, apple and citrus on the nose. 

The palate follows, and is lively and fragrant with a subtle nuttiness on the finish. Great with Parmigiano Reggiano and salumi!
