As such, this wine is refined and pretty darn gorgeous, a pure pleasure to drink. Hints of graphite and red fruit dominate a dynamic nose, in particular cherry, red currant, and raspberry, a shake of black pepper and thyme. Aged in concrete tank, bottled unfined and unfiltered. A subtle, shimmering golden in the glass (‘orange’-esque at most), with plenty of citrus and tropical-leaning yellow fruits on the nose, in particular peach, yellow melon, and dried pineapple.
