It was originally founded by the Fastelli family in 1965, one of the founding families of the Brunello consorzio. While the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eParadiso di Fastelli Mauro estate was sold to its current owner just a few years ago (hence the slight name change), methods remain very traditional: all Brunelli see 36 to 42 months in Slavonian barrel before 2 years of aging in bottles.
