Red-violet in color, with aromas of black cherry, sour cherry, black pepper, a shake of cinnamon, a trace of wild violets and warm terracotta. Blackberry, raspberry, red currant, and balsamic notes are met with bright acidity and good tannins. Plush, pure, and bright, and very suited for a light chill.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1016/7695/files/CollecaprettaLautizio_0e841469-a472-46f4-8829-34fca30f3a84.jpg?v=1698798135
luigi-spertino-grignolino-dasti-2024
Luigi Spertino Grignolino d'Asti 2024

Mauro Spertino's rendition of this typically easy quaffing wine that pairs magically with more elegant food is nothing short of spectacular. The aromas are almost theatrical in their exuberant display of personality; they’re mercurial, hypnotic and beguile with scents of Aperol, Persian mulberry, lemon zest, orange peel and exotic spices.
